I had assets spread across multiple brokerage accounts, bank accounts, and other personal holdings — and no clean way to see it all in one place. Apps that could aggregate it required linking your actual accounts. After watching the pace of data breaches accelerate, that was a non-starter. I wasn't willing to give any platform the keys to log into my brokerage and move my money. So I built an approach that doesn't need them.

Once the vault was solved, I wanted something that actually talked to me about my assets. Every other tool shows you numbers — but not the why. You still had to go do deep research to understand what was moving and why. I wanted a personal financial analyst who already knew my holdings and could surface what mattered, when it mattered.
